Timeshare Closing Service in Virginia

I am looking for a reputable timeshare closing company that will be for closing in Virginia. The article "How to Sell Your Timeshare and avoid getting scammed" mentions "consider using one of the low-cost timeshare closing services such as the ones listed in the Frequently Mentioned Resale and Rental Sites article", but there is no list and no link. Can anyone tell me where to find this? And does anyone know of a reputable timeshare closing service in Virginia?

LT Transfers is not located in Virginia but not to worry. They've done several transfers for me and I'm a Virginian.

the closing company does not need to be located in Virginia.
