Time to complete sale on secondary market?

What is the average time to complete a sale on the secondary market? ROFR takes about 3-4 weeks. Closing is about??? 2-4 weeks? What has been your experience. So I’m figuring about 30-60 days? Is that a fair timeframe?
 
There is no average time - it varies widely depending on the seller, your title company, and the resort. I've had closings take 6 months.
