Time Share Broker Services...Florida

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide. I am currently in contact with a broker at Timeshare Broker Services out of Florida named Christopher Blackwell about purchasing a second HGVC property. The price is favorable but doesn't seem ridiculously low. He's very knowledgeable about the program and product. I don't see any red flags at this point but am skeptical about sending a $500 deposit to have the property taken off the market. I am wondering if any of you have had experience with this individual or this company?

I haven’t dealt with the individual in question but I’ve purchased through the company a couple of times.
Everything was handled professionally & I’d recommend them

Dr Beast hasn't been back on TUG since the day they joined and started this thread. I am not so sure they will stop back in nearly five years later.
