I thought I was OK with two low MF units (EY/OY) and have the opportunity to enjoy my week every year with my wife. However, after seeing a unit for sale and the offer accepted by the seller, I am going toward my third unit.
Definitely, the low MF was a major incentive to move forward but the question is: Do I need a third one? To be honest, no, I don’t.
Definitely, rent it out to cover the MFs is an option or just let the grown kids have a good time in alternate dates. However, unforeseen circumstances happens and sometimes, plans need to be postponed. So, my question is for the owners of multiple units in odd or even years at the same resort: Have you ever had any conflict of interest with the resort management renting out multiple units? Thanks.
