Thinking of buying @ Timber Lodge

Resale of course!

Ideally we would like to find a 1 bedroom summer platinum every other year (did marriott sell these as EOY?). I would appreciate any advice you marriott pros have on this purchase. And what's the best/cheapest place to look for resale? Is it ebay or is there another good source?

EOY 1BR Summer - that is a rare combination.

eBay has bargain prices ... IF you can find what you are looking for.

I have seen only a very few 1BR Timberlodge units on eBay.

EOY does indeed exist, but I can't remember ever seeing any EOY Timberlodge units at all on eBay.

Redweek.com is probably a better bet for you than eBay. I see a number of 1BR Timberlodge units currently listed for sale (although none are EOY).

If you only plan to visit EOY, perhaps consider renting instead.

You can try Paradise Timeshare Resales in South Lake Tahoe. They are located in the shopping area close to the Timberlodge. My husband and I bought one through them and the sale went very smoothly.

They have a listing for a 1 bedroom/1 bath summer for $5750, but it is for every year.

You could contact them and let them know you are looking.
