I've been trying to book a reservation at 12 am / 13 months out and the website either encounters an error or doesn't display properly until all of the inventory is gone. When I call in the morning at 6 am I will be told that there is inventory available if I try again at 12 am.

If anyone has a work around please tell me.

Yup, total crapola website. Customer service knows it too.

I also encountered repetetive errors when trying to use the "View Monthly Availability and Waitlist" to make a 13 month reservation a couple of weeks ago. Finally, I entered the dates I wanted in the "When?" box
Then selected from the blue line, "Choose 5 available suites".
Select the unit type you want, then continue. When I did that, the transaction went through.

It is Wyndumb managed. What do you expect. The only thing the Executives care about is the Stock Price so they get their Bonuses. Name one Senior Wyndumb Executive that came out of Resort Management or Customer Service.

Thanks for the tip. I did try it and it resulted in 0 available units. It did show other resorts with inventory as an alternative to what I wanted.
 
Woo Hoo. I finally got the units I wanted. It took three nights at 12 am and two mornings at 6 am. Third night was the charm.

If customer service rep could see it and could tell you to try again at 12 am. Could they hold it for you until 12 am, because you were experiencing problems booking your dates.

No, they are only allowed to book the same inventory I see. I could see a day or two , here and there, but at 13 months out we can only book a full 7 nights. They are aware the website is crapola and it isn't their fault.

It felt good to sleep in today, lol.
