Hi Tugger,
Does anyone have a copy of the Villa Group Points chart they can either post or private message me?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I just went to a Villa Group presentation. Their pricing is ridiculous! They wanted $52,000 upfront (after reducing it by $20,0000) plus over $1000 per year for 2900 points. This would only get about 1 week per year in a 1 bedroom, on average. So assume you need about 2900 points per week for a one bedroom. I forgot if that was off season or high season but I think it came out to 9 days in a one bedroom in low season and perhaps 6 days in high season. Also the sales people had no clue about what is happening with Interval International, their primary trading partner. All in all, it was a low pressure but pretty terrible presentation since the salespeople are so poorly trained there. We did not like the quality of the Villa del Palmar Flamingos and checked out after 2 days. It is at most 3.5 stars compared to the 4 and 5 star places we usually visit.

Thank you for your post. Still looking for that point charts from a member if possible. Thanks everyone.
