Hi! Anyone ever stay here ? Mixed reviews on TA. Thx.:)
 
No. We rode by it. Units are said to be very small. We own two weeks at Brewster Green and love it there. Might add a third week by staying at The Soundings one year since we own Bluegreen points too.

Yes, several times we loved it there. Nice oceanfront pool, grills, picnic tables. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The beach is great. Our presidential 1bedroom was all remodeled about 5years ago. I would love to go back.

Brewster Green is very nice we have stayed a few times
 
Next door to Edgewater Beach. Love the location tho I never stayed at the Soundings. You might keep in mind the date when looking at reviews - there was a few years when there was a lot of construction going on and before that it may have been needed. It is RCI and Bluegreen, so odds are we will never stay there.
