We booked a studio at the Quin for a single night stay earlier this week. I am from NYC and have stayed at all of the other HGVC resorts there and many other hotels in the city and so I am aware that NYC rooms tend to be small. But.....the studio we were assigned on the third floor had to be the smallest room yet. Barely enough room to get around the King size bed. There was a very small single window that was frosted over looking the wall of another building. Certainly the worst of the rooms compared against the other HGVC properties. I can't speak for the other rooms at the Quin but this was tiny. Bed was comfortable and staff were polite. We often stay in the city for one or two nights several times per year so we often book a studio for our short stay. The Quin is now crossed off our list. Our favorite of the HGVC properties in NYC is the Central, followed by the Residences, then W57th (which has a short stay rate).
