My Clause 6 says equal to 10 current Maintenance fees. Also, the contract must be paid in full before you can transfer.

Just a late, fyi. We are at the Grand Bliss now. Staying for two weeks. We had a 2BR for the first week while our daughter and family were with us. They left after week one. We stayed in the same unit, but cancelled the lock-off 2nd BR for the second week. It’s a $700 per week savings for the one BR. So far, no one has moved into the lockout BR.

It’s actually our favorite place to stay here in NV. So close to everything. We haven’t been on a tram in 10 days. Great ocean view, if you get on the right side of the building. We own GL 1BR, when the grandkids visit, we get a 2BD GB for about same $$ as GL 1BR. I thought I’d miss GL pools, but between the GB pool, and Beach land, no complaints. Can still get chairs fairly late in the morning.

Just know that there is a Bliss at RM location and it is just a MP with different furniture. There is also a Grand Bliss at RM and NV. You want Grand Bliss - it is a step up from the Grand Mayan.
