There are a lot of conflicting reviews on this timeshare on-line. Would appreciate any comments on this timeshare. Thanks.
 
Yes Denise. I've read the reviews and I wouldn't stay there. What I'm trying to find out if it is "clean". I have reservations next Christmas at MOC and I'm looking for a "clean" place for my son to sleep at. He will spend his days at MOC with us. He plays a lot of golf so staying next to Kapalua has some appeal. This place was all that was available on II during Christmas week using an SDO trade. I booked it figuring I can always re-trade if something better shows up. It seems to me the "roosters" won't wake him up if he's overlooking the golf course!
 
The reviews say it is not clean.
 
The last review on TUG was in Jan 2013. I did however check the reviews on Tripadvisor for all 2013 reviews and they are really mixed. So I was curious if anyone on TUG had stayed there recently. I guess I'm going to have to get off my beach chair and visit the place before I leave Maui this trip. Thanks for the help.
 
Gardens of West Maui is clean. It's noisy for exchangers, with the roosters next door. Consolidated tends to put exchangers in building one, by the road and the farm. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there myself, but I would call the management company ahead of time and insist on a unit away from the rooster noise.

I found it to be extremely clean during our stays. No complaints at all from me.. We stayed in building 3 both times as owners.

I just put a friend into this property, and she gave me very positive reviews on the property itself -- I will specifically ask about the cleanliness of the property.

I own there and have stayed there a handful of times, last there Oct 2012 and returning this coming March. Bottom line, it's well cared for and clean.

Very 1960's apartment, residential feel. Not fancy or impressive. They also reportedly have added free wifi and are gearing up to replace the countertops, now tile (which I like(d)).
