There are several different floor plans at VV Williamsburg; that's one type. Here's the link to the room type listing in RCI for them in which you'll see two 2 BR unit types that sleep 6 and have different kitchens:
There is another floor plan that sleeps 8 instead of 6 in a 2 BR.
If you go to the actual Vacation Village website rather than the Daily Management one there is a description of the unit amenities for VV Williamsburg includes the following:
- A Suite kitchens are fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker, and toaster
- B Suite kitchens feature many of the same amenities as Suite A with the exception of the stove and, in only a few rooms, a dishwasher

This might also be true. I've actually never been to either, but used them as traders. To get a better feel for the differences, I guess it would be best to just go there and see; I might get to one of them some day but can't really help any more than I've already tried to.
