I have finally thrown in the towel on believing that the Marriott shadow ridge EOY i purchased will materialize. I have heard literally every excuse, cept the dog ate it, through Solutions in Time. I purchased this on ebay almost 5 months ago.
Calls to the office, emails, still more excuses.
I have contacted ebay. Sent a report in to the BBB and fortunately( i think) Discovercard is putting a temp reversal of funds until this is resolved.

Just wanted to make those aware that may be considering doing business with them.

Even though their feedback looks fairly good, they have had 39 complaints submitted to the BBB.

I'm hopeful but getting concerned about my closing too.

I bought of ebay from Cornerstone closings the first of Nov. Was told the deed was sent to be recorded in SoCal the first of Dec and nothing since. The lady at the office, I was talking to has left and her replacement says she is so buzy that it may be a week or two for her to get back to me.
 
I have one with Cornerstone Closings as well- bought Oct 27, also So. Cal.

So far I know 2 or 3 people have left- a couple on their own, and one (a replacement) they let go due to her not following up and making too many errors. I was told one of the owners, her assistant and another girl are all working trying to get things caught up. Mine was to be recorded yesterday (the 29th) they said. She also said that the ones still working are working OT trying to get it all straightened out. Also when I said no feedback had been left for me, she corrected that the same day and apologized via email.

I was told mine was done but came back with errors and they had to re-send it with corrections (overnight).

She SEEMS to be telling the truth. I asked her to call me at a specific time of day, on a specific day, and she did just that. Apologized for being a few minutes late, so I feel it is sincere. Guess I'll know in another week or so!

Sorry I am no help for the other company.
