The Charter Club Room 104 - South Tower?

We are checking into The Charter Club this coming Saturday (10/17). I just called to request a room in the North tower and was told that our room assignment was #104 in the South tower, 1st floor looking out to the pool. Has anyone stayed in a room on the 1st floor of the South tower? Will there be any ocean view?

At any rate, it beats the 40 - 50 degree weather that we're leaving!!

104 South Tower

I am staying at the Charter Club now but in the North Tower.
I just walked over to the South Tower but the way the back walkway is I couldn't look around it to see.
I did peek in the window of unit 103 and it looks like you may be able to see a little of the beach and gulf.
You do have a nice view of the pool area and it is landscaped well so it's not just a pool view like a hotel-it's all palm trees and bushes.
You will enjoy it here it's a beautiful place
I've been here for 2 weeks-1 exchange 1 as an owner.
It's been 92-95 every day setting records but tonight the cold front is coming in so it will be down in the 80's which is normal.
I'm from upstate NY so I know you will enjoy the change

Thanks for the information BigBird! We are counting down the days until we see the sun again. It continues to be gray, rainy and in the 40's here in northern Illinois. I will certainly take a view of palm trees and green landscape over what I'm seeing right now.
