The Blue Whale - Capitol Vacations-Trading Places

Wow, are these guys the most incompetent management company ever? I'm not able to use the Blue Whale website to pay my maintenance fee. Doesn't work. Calling Capitol Vacations, the automated payment is not available when the office is closed. When the office is open and you hit 1 to Pay by Phone, you get transferred to nothing. Anyone who actually answers the phone seems to be based in an off-shore call center. Difficult to understand... Finally got it paid but didn't feel like answering most of their "security" questions...I'm calling to PAY and give you money..there should be no security questions involved. AND, they had my credit card number stored, which is a no-no with most processing companies...

Who actually owns Capitol Vacations/VRI/Trading Places?
