Are others also not seeing the balances updated online?

I can see that the pdf statements are posted under "statements" but if I look under "details/pay" the information that shows up are numbers from last year with a zero balance?

I called owner services and they told me it's a "known issue".

At least in my case, the statements appeared first because the statements were actually future-dated by a few days.

Once the date on the statement rolled around, then the amount appeared in "Maintenance Fee Balance." Maybe this is the same thing that's happening with you.

Not quite... The billing date is 11/13, but the balance hasn't posted.

Hmm, then I don’t know. All my balances seem to be correct now after initially showing zero.

Looking at one of mine, the numbers on the View Details / Pay Now screen don't add up correctly to the balance on the bottom of the same screen, which is different from the balance due on the Maintenance Fee main page.

Gads, gonna check them all and compare them to the actual statements...

This issue now seems resolved for me.

Just went to Vistana site to look at MF statements - noticed they were due today Jan 3 (on statement) because their initial page does not have current amount due or due date listed.
