Thanks for all the info and advices i gained from reading the forum. My resale purchase with Wyndham (Grand Desert Las Vegas, 216k points EOY/EVEN for $50.00+closing, from eBay) was confirmed and finalized. TCS did a very good job in my closing process... I'm looking forward to vacay in Atlantic City, Summer 2012, for a week with confirmed reservation. Have a Happy Holiday! :whoopie:

And stay away from ANY and ALL Owners Updates!

This is the biggest DARK SIDE of Wyndham. They will convince you that your ownership is flawed and ONLY with $9-15,000 can they save you (and you will never have to pay MFs again).
