Madge, thanks to RCI's Brett Allen for getting the correct and proper amount of RCI Points into our account after we were shorted a bit over 6,000 RCI Points by someone else.
Brett was a pleasure to talk to and was able to make that correction and called us back in about 24 hours to let us know the correction was made.
The reason I am posting about this is when an RCI Employee gives outstanding service in a case like this it is only fair that they should be acknownleged.
