Seller paid closing costs + transfer fees + 2016 MF
Total paid: $1,250
I have access to the 2015 points and already used them for a stay in Orlando for 5 nights at Parc Soleil for a Christmas Vacation with the family.

7000 pt Tuscany (International Drive) Orlando - $2,500
Buyer paid closing costs + transfer fees + 2016 MF
Total paid: $2,500 + $814.50 (Closing + Transfer) + $1,201.04 (MF + taxes)

It has to be done the year before the points are awarded. 2016 points needed to be converted by the end of 2015. Now would be the time to convert 2017 points, but they do not show up on the hhonors account until 2017.

HHonors points can also be obtained in the current year when you make a Hilton hotel reservation using HGVC ClubPoints via the HGVC Customer Service desk. You get a lower rate 20:1 (instead of 25:1 when you convert the following year's points which goes directly into your HHonors account). The HGVC Customer Service desk can use a combination of Clubpoints and HHonors points to make your hotel reservation.

NOTE: Once a hotel reservations is made the points can not be returned to your HGVC account. If you cancel your hotel reservations, the points are returned to your HHonors account.

The only thing you lose with resale is HGVC ELITE status however that requires 14,000 HGVC point purchased from the developer.

NOTE: The HHonors conversion rate is very low which makes it a less desirable option in most cases when you calculate your out of pocket cost.

Congratulations ! Great prices . I paid $5k for 8400 points GPP -HGVC. Platinum season ( maintenance $1300 ) last November 2015...... I still waiting . Now I feel like I paid full sale price in compare with your deal . Enjoy it!
