For my 70th birthday I got The Resort at Cocoa Beach. It was about $230/week and I was teased by a friend that for that price it had to be like “staying at a homeless camp”.

I approached the front desk expecting the worst and the clerk said that they had a penthouse for me. It was a beautiful place and we had a nice visit that helped me fight my depression at turning 70.

I got another great deal today
Oyster bay 2/2 in Sebastian Florida
It’s a lovely not fancy resort with the privledge of renting a boat for only $250 a week including gas.
My kids went there when they were teenagers, it’s been years, they are grown now .. yet excited like teens

I think my best deal so far was a Last Call at Smugglers Notch this year for 4th of July. I think my video review has some of the fireworks!

No. It isn't, but they can have very high resort fees. Though at times those resort fees can be waived and they also change fairly often.
