• If you want the 2019 usage, the maintenance fee is $1,389 - to be paid by new owner.

• If you don't want the 2019 usage, your usage will start in 2021. There is no maintenance fee during even years.

• Transfer fees to be paid by new owner.

• See the first post in this thread for all the details.

• I think I have New Year's week reserved in 2019, but need to check.

The resort is within a mile of Lydgate State park & has full access to the hotel pools on the same property:

For the record: @DeniseM is extremely respected and venerable member of TUG. You can believe and trust her opinions and offers; I speak from personal experience. Good luck with the transfer...it's a really nice resort and very close to both sides of the island! Makes a quick trip to Costco waaay....too easy.

Great video. I like how it shows the orientation of the buildings to the ocean, and each other. I knew the two properties were once part of the same facility. Good to see it this way.
