Not paid off, maintenance fee bill we received for the year was about $800.00 so roughly $66.00 a month.
Its Holiday Inn Orlando Vacation Club, i do not think there is a certain week, just points you can use whenever you want.

I was thinking of paying it off and giving it back, the horizons department said they could only help us if it was paid off. It might be an option we could have had considered but my car was totaled and we are out of options.

If you are going to have to pay it off anyways, you are better off making lemonaid then giving back the lemons. Sure OLCC will take it back and sell it again to someone else, but you will never get any value out of it, just all the cost.

Every timeshare has to be sold by the developer in order for it to be out in the resale market. Best advice is learn what you have, use it, buy resale to extended it, but only after you do your research first.

Sorry harsh lesson, but that is the reality of it.

I am going through these forums and I am sick to my stomache. I bought 100000 points from Holiday Inn and I regret every second. It sounded so great when we were at the meeting but their resorts and our traveling choices do not coincide at all. what a waste of money ... AND you can't even sell it back to them. AND it's been 2 years and I still havent seen the deed
