I just searched for SW fares on iPad and couldn't find the lowest prices that I found on son's laptop. Laptop prices were a few $ lower than iPad. Interesting.

I read an article a couple of years back that talked about how several companies tailor their prices / offerings based on what device and/or web browser the customer is using. They did mention that users of Apple devices generally had higher prices displayed since that segment of the population is more affluent.

The issue a few years back wasn't that the prices for Apple users was higher, they were just displaying the higher priced options at the top. So if you booked the same hotel room, you still paid the same price as the person that booked on a PC. However, you may not have seen that cheaper option because it may have been further down the sort order if using an Apple device.
