Syracuse Airport Hotel

Given the mixed reviews on different sites for hotels near the Syracuse, NY airport, I would appreciate suggestions for a hotel with free parking and airport shuttle. Thanks!

I was born and raised in Syracuse fairly near the airport and my parents live there. I don't live there now but if you let me know what hotels you are considering I can give you an idea where they are relative to the airport. Remember, Hancock airport has the largest snowplow in the entire United States, so plan your trip with that in mind

Although I cannot answer your question, I am interested in your findings as my son and dil fly out of Syracuse Feb. 8.

We usually use the Holiday Inn and Conference Center Liverpool. They will keep your car for up to 21 days and the cost is usually $105.00 including room, parking and free shuttle. No complaints and no car damages ever

Thanks for the hotel suggestions. We ended up staying at the SUPER 8 in Liverpool, which is very close to the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport, free outdoor parking directly in front of the hotel, and a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, muffins and bananas. I got an on-line rate of about $67 per night total. Our hotel room was clean, but basic, and small. One night, going and coming, was enough. There is a Tully's sports bar nearby for reasonably priced food. There is also a Hampton Inn next door which we may try next time.
