Swapping exchanged week to EPlus week (II)

I am trying to use EPlus Retrade (Interval International) to trade into another week but since I cannot use on-going exchange for this, can I use another week to put in a request, and then when the week is found/matched, then call up II to swap out the found/matched week out of my deposited week to my ePlus Retrade week?

You could try but I doubt they would be willing to do that. One of the known limitations of eplus is your retrades are limited to online availability and ongoing requests are not possible.

I tried the same and was unsuccessful. They said if it was in inventory as well i could get it but as it wasn't, then chances were if i refused the exchange it would go to someone else already on the wait list for the same unit . They refused to swap it out for me .

I second the above. You could get lucky with a rep but it's probably not worth the hassle. The rep is not supposed to do it. If you cancel a match within 24 hours the unit goes back into the queue for a match to someone else. The exception would be if it is short notice or possibly if you got matched to something that was already in instant inventory. In these cases the unit could return to instant inventory where you could view it.

Thank you. I did go ahead and used another week and got matched overnight. I did not call II to swap.
