SVV St. Augustine Phase Maintenance Fees

We are new owners of 2 EOY weeks at SVV St. Augustine Phase with first use in 2013. We have not received a maintenance fee for these weeks yet. Is this normal?

How new? Did you buy from the developer? Have you received the deed? Could you have paid the first MF with purchase?

October 2011. Yes, purchased from developer. We owned a 2 bedroom at SBP (67,100 options) which we traded. We received two EOY weeks (51 and 52) plus paid the difference in cost which was far less than what we paid for the SBP purchased in 2004. We now have 162,000 options to use every other year. Works great for us as we love camping in our fifth wheel. We received the deeds. I didn't think we paid the MF in the costs but I will have to review the paperwork when I get back home.

Both weeks show up in My Star Central and the SBP week has disappeared. I keep checking for the MF fees but none!!

If you bought from the developer, you may have already paid the 2012 MF.

I went through all of the figures and did not see anything listed as 2012 Maintenance Fees.

I have been constantly checking the thread on 2012 Maintenance Fees and have not seen ANYTHING posted for the St. Augustine Phase of Vistana Villages. Odd or not?
