I was just in Colorado and the Westin Riverfront should be the new Westin they are building along the Eagle River in Avon, CO. It will have the newest Avon improvement - Gondolo access to Beaver Creek ski area.

Wow! This presentation could be a great sales tool, by itself. I like reading it better than hearing the sales pitch from the salesman.

I'm surprised this would be released to the public? Any thoughts on that?
 
The only thing that surprised me was the statement that 70% of buyers are financing - at Starwood's rates? That has to be just temporary financing?

I'm sure it is as most buyers (developer) are likely on vacation when they purchase and probably aren't dropping cash for the purchase price or throwing the whole thing on their credit card. We financed through Starwood when we purchased, but never made a payment to them because we financed elsehwere with much better terms as soon as we got home. In fact, our sales guy even told us to do that when we purchased. I imagine (and hope) tham most others who financed did something similar.
