Surfwatch on HH-any opinions?

I just rec'd an offer to visit and tour the Surfwatch location on HH. Has anyone been there yet?
How does it look?
I know that it is not fully functional yet, but I was thinking of a summer visit.
Any opinions?

I think you will really like it. We did a TS presentation last summer while staying at Barony and were very impressed. Here are some pictures that a fellow Tugger posted after his visit there in August. www.flickr.com/photos/jeffc31783/sets/745774/show/ Two of the buildings were finished last summer (they have been running ahead of schedule), I'm sure the one they're working on in the pics should be open by this summer.

The units are beautiful, a little far from the beach for my liking but they are running golf carts to and fro. The beachfront pool area is beautiful and will likely be most pleasant before they get to full capacity... The location is pretty close to Barony, but feels more remote since there's no Westin next door, and there is a nature preserve (maybe not a preserve, but a marsh at least; it would be a preserve here for sure) between the buildings and the beach.
 
We stayed at SurfWatch last August. My wife loved SurfWatch, I am still partial to Grande Ocean.! How you would like it depends on your expectations. If you want to be on the ocean you will be disappointed. If you want a beautiful resort in the making and a quiet relaxing vacation on a very uncrowded beach in a natural low country setting, SurfWatch will be very enjoyable. It isn't that far to the beach! Barony Beach is in walking distance via the beach.....

make sure it is clear whether you will be staying at Surf Watch or in a Marriott hotel. Many times you stay in a hotel for the preview.

I actually had the choice of Surfwatch, Grande Ocean or Barony. I picked SurfWatch because that is what they are trying to sell. I may reconsider, if I want to be on the beach w/ Grande ocean.
