We are leaving in a few weeks and had to email to receive my request email which I did receive yesterday. Someone on this forum also suggested
contacting Corey Guest or the property's front desk, ask for room assignments and contact the facilitator.
Is that necessary or do they use the email request form more than receiving a phone call?
