Nice pond views and walking distance from swimming pools (indoor/outdoor) Gym and Woodstone Recreation Center (restaurant, small market, tennis and basketball courts). July 27-Aug 3 (Sat/Sat). Make sure that the renters say that they are staying on an owners home week so hopefully they will get to pay the $55 resort fee for the week vs the $77 non owner resort fee. Just to save the renters the $20 I have been adding the fee to my rentals and then calling the night before check in and pre-paying it for my guests because when you check in they only ask if you are owners or not to determine the fee. Per owner services guest of owners staying on home weeks (not rci exchanges) should pay the owner fee.
