Fixed week 2:
• 2017: January 13-22, 2017
• 2018: January 12-21, 2018

Maintenance Fee: 2017 MF has been paid: $950.45
No debt on the property and trying to sell really cheap.

Usage: Never Used. First usage for new owner is 2017 (or 2018, if you prefer).

RCI: 40,000 points

Renovated: This resort was completely renovated and redecorated in 2017.
