Selling my 3 Br lockoff. Annual use.

Can be split into a full 1 Br and a 2Br.

This has not been converted to RCI Points.

Floats wks 1 - 51, deeded wk. 29. unit 208 - 103 for accounting purposes only.

I can usually get 4 exchanges for this unit through DAE.

2015 fees were $891.15 and are due again in Jan. Your use will start in 2016 as will your fees.

Nothing came of my talks with the previous poster so this is still available.

The sale price includes the deed transfer and resort transfer fees which I believe will be around $250

Make an offer.

I thought I had a taker for this but I still own it and it's available for the cost of the transfer.
 
Once again I thought this was taken but it is still mine. It could be yours for the cost of the transfer.
 
The fees for this unit went up a whopping $2.90 for 2016. They will be $894.05.

Legal Timeshare Transfers will handle the deed work and it will cost right around $170.

You will reimburse me for the 2016 fees as I will pay these to keep the account current and you will get use starting in 2016.
