Sudwala Lodge 2024 maintenance levy

Has anyone that owns @ Sudwala Lodge received a bill for the 2024 maint levy? I usually get notice in November saying the levy is due in Dec but haven't heard anything.
 
I always pay early on our 3 weeks so we can maximize trading power. Just email them and ask.
