here's the headline for a Craigs list ad that showed up just below my adthe other day:

BAMA FANS: DO NOT RENT CONDOS FOR GAME THRU CRAIGSLIST!! ALL ARE SCAMS - (French Quarter)

Talk about a deal killer..apparently this person had contacted several advertisers and was convinced that we were all scam artists. Her advise was to rent a regular hotel room and be safe

Well.......I cant leave it alone so I emailed her and invited her to check me out

The happy ending is she rented one of my studios at triple mf and cancelled her hotel room

Now that's salesmanship, even if I do say so myself
