Success booking in DEX?

I am new to DEX and I saw a few nice properties, some are even considered 5-Star properties. I read somewhere these proprerties are also part of DEX and availability is based on owners listing thier weeks in DEX for others to use.

• What are some the best ways to find availability for some of these 5-Star properties?
• Has anyone had success with these?
• What are the best properties you have booked in DEX?

We have booked Anantara in both Bangkok and Koh Samui. Part of White Lotus was filmed in the Koh Samui property.

And other European properties... Not 5 star but still nice.

Nice! I can pretty much see availability for Hilton properties. I just cannot seem to find for other options. I just looked for Koh Samui with the "Time Finder" and "No results found" pops up. That looks like a really nice option, I would certainly select that option.

Not sure if DEX EU is any different from DEX US but how is it that you easily find these options?

Use the Search for Availability option and then by country or property. You can also search by continent and set it to the maximum end date so 2 years out.

The inventory should be the same...I think.
