Still can’t track package. Plus this evening I found a paper slipped under my door. It was from/about vidanta financing but had the following message on it: Member agrees the benefits that Set forth a promotional benefits extend it to member on the condition of the benefits terms and conditions set forth should be kept confidential confidential and may not be copy, disclosed or disseminated in any manner except to family and guests member agrees any breach of the confidentiality required by this paragraph should result in immediate termination of all member benefits.

It feels like a threat I’m wondering about what I posted earlier about price etc!! Did they see that??

FYI - I think this " clause" is because of social media like FB & IG & YT
they do not want some influencer with hundreds of thousands of followers posting things that could have impact on their brand.

Thanks!! This seems to be getting more difficult- Monday will go by post office to ask them why tracking number is not showing up in system. Plan on call credit card company and talking to them, plus will send my documentation that I rescinded. I know it’s now past 5 days, but I did mail the rescinding letter within my 5 day window. Maybe I should suck it up and go to member services since I’m still in Puerto Vallarta.

Having that paper slipped under our hotel door (we are not staying on vidanta property) kinda has me pretty upset.

Good news the tracking number started to show up .. it’s out for delivery!! Once delivery is done I’ll send proof of delivery to credit card company !!

Comfort levels vary and for you or I it would make total sense to go anywhere needed to cancel including a confrontation in the sales room. Profeco says any communication to cancel is acceptable if it is the rescission period. This means emails and handwritten notices are acceptable. Emails have a time stamp and are easy so this would be the easiest, imo. The rescission letter should also be sent but the problem is it can be misplaced.

You can also make an appointment with Member Services to do the rescission in person. You will need to set up an appointment with them and bring the copies of the contract you signed. They will offer to renegotiate cost and benefits, but will ultimately get the rescission done for you.

Dude, best thing is to take a minute and BREATHE... its okay. You just signed contract yesterday. Find the page in your contract where it says YOU HAVE FIVE DAYS RECISSION WITHOUT PENALTY... there will be some instructions for you to follow. WRITE A LETTER that you have changed your mind and are canceling as per your right of recision without penalty. Sign it and prepare a second DOCUMENT OF RECEIPT... take it to the VLO officers office who did your paperwork and hand it to them or to the secretary BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM TO SIGN THAT THEY RECEIVED YOUR LETTER OF RECISION. Boom, you are good.

Just an update I mailed the package registered mail and I photographed everything I also emailed member services and sent them copies of everything. I’m thinking of emailing also the perfecto. I still have not got a credit for the deposit but it is in dispute with my credit card company I’m feeling positive at the moment!! Thank you all for your help thanks to tugs I saved $10,000
