We were in Branson last month, and rode through the Stormy Point Village. It is a very upscale little "village", with a very nice club house. It is a few miles out of Branson, and very near the Lake, but I didn't see any access to the Lake from the resort area. I think that you will be happy with the area, and the accomodations.
Festiva will probably give you a call requesting that you take a tour, but that should be your options. We stay at the Cabins regularly, and they do ask us to take a tour, or meet with a rep, but we always decline.
