Stella Blues Restaurant Kihei

We've had lunch there. Food was okay, atmosphere only so-so.

Have you tried the Cafe O'Lei?
 
They seem to be heading in a new direction since last year. Sold out concert tonight and Saturday. Haven't had lunch there on this trip.

Raining in Kihei again tonight. Overcast all day. Had to turn around today on our trip to Hana- downpour 2" an hour.

Sunset sail tomorrow--hopefully we'll see the sun.

Will try Cafe' o'ley in a day or so.

Probably a good thing you turned back. A friend went to Hana in the rain and it rained so hard the roads flooded and they couldn't get back. They managed to find a B&B near Hana to spend the night. They did enjoy talking with the locals about the bad weather, so it was a unique experience.

How long has it been raining ? Just got here last night and this is first time I've seen it really clouded over for more than a few hours
 
A light rain in Kihei last nite--15 min

Lots of cloudy weather the last two weeks but the sun seems to break through around noon.

Looking good for our sunset sail tonight.

Wow, guess we picked the right time to be there. We had 16 beautiful sunny days at Kihei a couple weeks ago!
