I was working the counter at O’Reilly’s when a customer came in and asked for a "seven-hundred-ten" for a 2013 Corolla. I had no idea what that was, and neither did my co-worker, so I asked, "What is a seven-hundred-ten?"
The customer replied, "It’s a round piece in the middle of the engine? I lost it and now I need a new one. I don’t know exactly what it is, but I know it has always been there when I have opened the hood, and I think it’s important.
I was still confused, so I gave the customer a piece of paper and pen to draw what the piece looked like. The customer drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote “710”.
I still didn't get it. So, we went to the parking lot and I popped the hood on my car and asked: "Is there a 710 on my car?" The customer pointed and said, "Yes of course, it's right there."
