Does anyone have the contact information at Starwood where I could request an estoppel letter (or their version of it)?

I believe Starwood prefers to deal with Closing Agents and do not like to send Resale Info sheets to individual owners.

Starwood will not send "Starwood Info Sheets" to buyers or sellers. The broker or title company have to request it. That info. is in the Starwood Owner Resources sticky, at the top of the Starwood page.

*If you are going to use LT Transfers, they will request it for you. If the buyer wants to review it up-front, I would make arrangements with LT Transfers to request it.

I don't understand how they can legally withhold it from an owner in good standing. Unfortunately, I guess they make the rules.

There is nothing on the resale information sheet that an owner can't already see on mystarcentral. If a buyer wants to review that information before making an offer, the seller can always just take a screenshot of the "what I own" page and the maintenance fee detail page.

Thanks everyone

Saving me time and effort!
