The Beach Club at St. Augustine Beach, FL (1 floating week, purchased in 1982)

77,000 RCI points (Sunrise Ridge Resort, TN)
Unable to use our week at The Beach Club at St. Augustine Beach. It is a 1 bedroom (4/4) on the ground floor facing the ocean/dunes, not the pool, in the south wing of the building so lots of sun on patio. Full kitchen, king bed in bedroom, bathroom has 2 separate sink areas, pullout couch in living room. Just a 500ft walk to the beach.
Price; $800. for the week.
