Spring Breakers in Cancun

Have they arrived?? And if so, in fewer numbers than in previous years?

I am just wondering as the clubs seem to have reopened, but have all the Breakers hotels reopened? Perhaps Jim in Cancun or someone else staying there can help out on this.
