We have Week 11 at Sheraton Vistana for 2009 but I was thinking of adding a couple of days on to that up in Daytona Beach. Just wondering how bad the crowds are in Daytona from either March 11 to 14 or March 21 to 24. Considering booking into the Wyndham Ocean Walk or Daytona Beach Resort. Any thoughts?

Spring Break

Our son was at Embry Riddle about 10 years ago. At that time "spring break" ran from about February into April. Daytona attracts "celebrants" from all over the US, Canada, and Europe and the dates of spring breaks varies.

Maybe things have changed, but IMHO, avoid spring break in Daytona. It is crowded and the alcohol is flowing.

Maybe someone has more recent data.

Cheers,

Paul
