We were very fortunate to get a 2 BR lock off at Harborside thru an II Exchange. We invited some friends to go and occupy the lock off side. We would like for them to get their own bill at check out for whatever expenses they occured. Is this possible to have 2 names on the 2 different units or are we ultimately responsible for all expenses. Just wasn't sure how this worked. Thanks.

Carolyn

I am doing the same thing....when u check-in, have your friend give a credit card for their 'half' and ask the resort to seperate the bill according to unit number.

This is one of the many things I love about Harborside--everyone gives their own credit card and their room key is tied to the card--it makes things so easy--when we went to Frenchman's Cove we gave separate cards and they still all ended up together due to last names the same--this never happens at Harborside.
You can even go out to the various restaurants and they will give you separate checks for each card/guest.
This really works well for us and you will find it easy to set up at the time you register!

Good point--we always sign them because we all have the same last names!

We have a 2 BR/2BA that sleeps 8 with 1 King bed and 1 Queen Bed. Which floorplan is this? Is this Phase 1 or 2? Which side is the W/D on? Thanks again!

That is a two bedrom lock-off units. Both sides will have a washer and dryer. If its an exchange into Harborside, you won't know what phase until check-in.

I am a little confused because I thought the lockoffs had king beds in each bedroom but my confirmation shows 1 King and 1 Queen. What's that all about?

I don't believe so....depends on the phase - check the second link Denise M provided it has ALL the floorplans....but the 'sleep 8' confirmations indicate that it is a lock-off unit. The dedicated 2BRs only sleep 6.

I know that it is a 2 BR lock off. Would you call II or Starwood about the bed size discrepency? I would love for our friends to have a king size bed also as he's kind of a big guy:eek:
