but they have the most awesome mini golf course.
it had a gas grill that was good. It was an RCI special I think we paid like 250 each room for the week?
My son and I stayed there a couple of years. Had two rooms
For some reason they couldn't but us next to each other.
Beds were awful. Worse timeshare I ever stayed in.
there were a lot of foreign people living there they put there country flag on there doors.
Across the street was a church that had free breakfast everyday for the homeless.
Indoor pool was pretty good it had a deep section.

Just saw a note from an owner claiming they were contacted by a collections agency indicating their current balance with fees and interest was over $20,000 dollars?

this is straight up disgusting!

They've only been collecting $10 per year per unit for reserves. I suspect they have serious deficiencies and renovations that need done and they don't have the cash on hand to do it.

Now that is a major problem.

further on this, this might be a total scam to try to get people to pay! the dates on this legitimate looking letter are all dated 2024 and the assessment wasnt until 2025.

i have blurred out all the owners personal info to display this letter, also forwarded this up the food chain for investigation...something doesnt smell right.
