What is considered off-season for South Carolina. I have a week booked at Marriott Barony Beach Club in mid-February and hope to get a week in Myrtle Beach right after.
On the Barony site it says the All Y'All's Bar and Grill is open seasonally, but doesn't give any months it may be closed.

Has anyone stayed there in February and can answer this question?

Thanks!

Our neighbors go each year. February can be very windy and chilly.

My wife and I have stayed at Barony Beach Club in the first or second week of February about 3 times in the last six or so years. The place is pretty empty (which we like). I think the bar and grill was open for at least two of those years but it may well have been on a reduced hour basis. Definitely a subdued atmosphere around the resort. The weather is definitely on the chilly side and it always seems to rain a good bit but with the great indoor pool at the resort it is still very enjoyable. One year we had the benefit of four days of low 70's and sunny weather but that is very unusual, Reservations at local restaurants are easy to get and being from Maine, even the "chilly" weather at Hilton Head is a good break from the usually much colder temperatures back home. Although -- full disclosure-- we recently have traveled further south at that time of year to have better chance at warmer weather and less rain.

Thanks. I'm from PA, so also looking to get away from colder temps in the winter. I've been to MB in February before. Stayed at Marriott Grand Ocean and they had daily activities going on, so it was nice. We were able to do some things and relax at other times. Thought we'd try Hilton Head next year as something a little different.

Often exchangers at Barony Beach are put in one of the two buildings which are physically separated from the main resort (3-5 minute walk and behind the Westin hotel); you need to go through or around the Westin to get to the beach from those two buildings -- named Jasmine and Gardenia. These buildings have their own small outside pool which is ok but in January/February the inside pool at the main resort is the primary draw, the outside pools can be pretty chilly. We were placed in one of those out- of -the -way buildings during our first time at the resort. We certainly still had an enjoyable time but have asked for and gotten into the non-oceanfront main resort buildings in the other two years we have gone. Being at the main resort significantly upgrades the resort experience if you can get there (the resort wouldn't commit to any room request until check in so you really don't know until the day of arrival where you will be placed). Also we have found plenty to do in the area even when the weather wasn't great.

We were on HHI from 2/11-2/18 this year. Sunny and pleasant with temps 60s-maybe 73. Numerous restaurants to choose from. Warm enough for golf (and alligators sunning themselves!). The following week we were at Wyndham Lake Marion with similar weather.

Hilton Head is our favorite and we live in the upstate of South Carolina. All of the restaurants are open and it's easy to get reservations. It could be cold or warm we never are sure.

I'm from and live in South Carolina. Have stayed all up and down the coast. We prefer Edisto Island and Kiawah. The traffic in Myrtle Beach and HHI is a turnoff.

We visited MB the first week of Feb this year and had a great time. Weather was breezy and chilly—prefect southern hot tub weather! The place was a ghost town in best sense…no waiting at restaurant. Hours may vary a bit because of off season, so plan accordingly.

February is my birthday month February in South Carolina can be breezy, chilly, warm and sometimes liked the early fall of year.
We liked it because the tourist population is very low and walking on the beach is very quiet and relaxing. IMHO
