Soleil Management exit advice

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if Soleil Management will accept the cancellation of an account from someone who has just passed away? This person was known to me and his family asked me to look into this group in case anyone (with all due respect) has gone through a similar situation since from what they said they have no intention of keeping the 2 memberships he used to have. Any information besides the legal advice they know they should seek, would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

As long as the deceased owner is the only one on the deed, no one has to pay. I would notify Soleil that the owner is deceased.

Have the executor of the estate contact Soleil and tell them that the owner has passed and none of the family members are willing to accept and ask what you need to do in order to do a deed back.
