This is for 2 units at The Summit at Massanutten in Massanutten, VA.

We used it one time (and it was great), but we already own a ski house in MD, so we go there instead. We have had this nearly 20 years and it is time to let it go.

There are two units - an upstairs (SM-U) and a downstairs (SM-L) unit. Both have two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. The upstairs has a full kitchen, and the downstairs has a half kitchen.

These are ski-on/ski-off units. We literally put our skis on sitting on the steps of our unit and went down the green slope.

Here are the specs:
- Floating Week
- Yearly
- No lock-out weeks (that I know of - the calendar is completely open when I book)
- Annual Maintenance Fees: $1,142
- Fees paid annually on January 1
- Paid for this year, next payment is due January 1, 2025.
- Exchange Company: RCI
- We will pay for the closing costs.

Can I ask what transfer/closing resource you used? Also, trying to post a Massanutten property but the closing process holds me up.
