To buy a HGVC deed listed on the TUG marketplace do you get your own broker or do you just directly message the broker that created the listing and work through them? Do you generally try to offer under asking price if you feel it's a little high? How long does the process usually take from when you agree to purchase to when you finally get access to the points? Thanks.

What I'm confused about is that these services seem like they're for sellers. As a buyer, do I just insist that the seller use this service for our transaction?

I'm currently in the process (as of Monday) buying a HGVC deed from TUG Marketplace, at a great deal. I seller has been wonderful and very responsive. After I sent an initial email, we talked on the phone and he answered all of my question. We are using LT Transfers and they have been very quick processing the forms.
