and he wants to discuss the recent changes to the Club and how that affects my ownership going forward. Or shall I say that they called my phone and then wanted to speak to my husband.
I have to say that my buns are frosted. A.) It drives me nuts that I am always given second billing as an owner. Is timeshare ownership a man's world? I've even needed guest certificates for myself and I'm on the deeds and the accounts. And truth be told, we wouldn't have any of these timeshares if it weren't for me saying "Sign here, dear."
But to get a call from corporate when I just checked out of a Wyndham this morning? That is ridiculous. Perhaps if their offer for an owner's update included more than free breakfast, they could have spoken to me in person. But it didn't. And the Mr. wasn't with us so they really didn't want to talk to me anyway. So we enjoyed our stay without the sales team. And I do have to admit, there is a direct correlation between enjoying your Wyndham stay and avoiding the owner's updates.
That is all. Rant over. (And I've not meant to offend any of the men here.)
